Gemserv operates the Hydrogen UK (www.Hydrogen-uk.org) and the Hydrogen UK Project Space (www.projectmap.hydrogen-uk.org) websites and provides Secretariat functions, alongside and on behalf of Hydrogen UK.  We take the privacy of our members and website users seriously. We ask that you read this Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) carefully as it contains important information about how we will use your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”).

For the purposes of relevant legislation, Hydrogen UK is the Data Controller of your data (i.e. responsible for and control the processing of your personal data), Gemserv Ltd and Madano Partnership Ltd are joint data controllers.
